You are entitled to cancel your appointment or booking of service within 1 hours whichever is earlier without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling your appointment or booking of service within 1 hours whichever is earlier and that starts from the date you receive the confirmation either personally or through our representative.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

This Cancellation Policy shall be applicable for Online Payment/Booking only. Payment or booking of service once made using any other mode other than Online mode cannot be refunded or return.

Payment made can be refunded or return within 1 hour of cancellation of the payment of service booked. After that No Refund or Return can be claimed by the client.

The charges for refund or return of cancellation of service booked by client will be borne by him/her.

After 1 hour no claim for refund or return will be entertain by Topkar Law Firm.
